We want you to try NotchPilot risk-free before you pay. Here's how that works.
7-day free trial — no card required
Every download includes a 7-day fully-functional trial. No credit card is needed to start. You only enter your payment details if you decide to keep using NotchPilot after day 7.
This means you have a full week to evaluate the app — every feature, every agent, every notch interaction — before paying anything.
After purchase — the sale is final
Because NotchPilot is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout you explicitly waive the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 of the French Code de la consommation, applicable to digital content downloaded immediately).
In other words: once you've paid, the sale is final. Use the 7-day free trial first to make sure NotchPilot fits your workflow.
Exceptions — when we will refund
We will issue a full refund in any of the following cases:
- The app is technically defective and cannot be used (we will work with you to fix it first).
- We failed to deliver the license within 24 hours of payment.
- You were charged twice for the same order, or there is a billing error on our side.
- Any case where we are legally required to refund.
How to request a refund
Email kaniaromain@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order ID (in the receipt sent by Paddle). Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
